Enjoyed a morning session with Pst Ming.. Today 's lesson was simply awesome, he shared about mercy... As a leader we must always learn how to balance between being hard & soft to our members (Dr Edwin L. Cole), to know when we need to give mercy & when to be firm on them. I pray that God will give me the wisdom to balance between both these areas.I remember at times when dealing with different members I had to humble myself even when I was not wrong..... Well I believe that at the end of the day God will teach them in perfect timing...Physically quite tired, it's e end of a working week, still got overnight prayer meeting to go tonight. Well i pray that God will give me the strength to go through itPhileo2 Cor 1:3-4
