Wow... Time really passes very fast, it's already 7 months since i 1st started leading CG. Today we had our 1st thanksgiving CG together, initially wanted to have the thanksgiving CG 1st b4 eating, but as quite a few of the people were late we decided to enjoy the food 1st. Really appreciate my aunty & grandma for preparing the food, we had a sumpteous spread of spaghetti, fettucine, potato salad, onion rings, fries and caesar salad with two type of sauces mushroom & chicken and tomato-base for the pasta.We started off with games led by our gamemasters Enoch & Yixing. Kudos to them for preparing such a great game. We played Marketplace Cranium where we had to answer questions based on 5 categories- Arts, Media, Government, Education and Business through acting or drawing depending on what we picked.The TeamsTeam 1: Chris, Daniel, Junguo, Cass, SamuelTeam 2: Ngai Kay, Vino, Mingwei, DesireeTeam 3: Jem, Norman, Larry, Kelvin In the end Chris team won and as my team lost we had to perform a forfeit in which we had to act out a story where each member of the opposing team contributed in narrating.We had a time of Worship before proceeding to the most important part of today's CG the thanksgiving part. It's wonderful everytime we come together to thank every single one for how they have made a difference in our lives. I was very touched by words of the members as many shared the different times I had impacted their lives and the personal touch I gave to each and everyone. Truly it's really amazing, we have a group of 5 still in secondary schools(13-16) and the rest of the members are in Uni or working (21 and above) but by the grace of God there is no boundaries and when any member has a problem or is going through difficult time it is not 1 but many who would help the person. That is exactly the type of CG i prayed and visualize for. A CG which is united in one heart, one mind, one vision encouraging each other in fufilling the corporate vision and each one of our individual vision from God.PhileoGenesis 11:6
